Dashijie provides China sourcing, quality-control and logistics coordination services. This policy explains how information is collected, used and shared through dashijie.shop, inquiry forms, WhatsApp and advertising measurement tools.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, product requirements, quantity, destination, budget, purchasing timeline and files or links you choose to provide.

We may also collect technical and advertising-attribution information such as IP address, browser and device information, page activity, referrer, campaign parameters, fbclid, Meta fbc/fbp identifiers and a randomly generated inquiry or Lead ID.

How we use information

• Respond to sourcing requests and prepare quotations.
• Compare suppliers, samples, minimum quantities and lead times.
• Coordinate quality checks, packaging, consolidation and shipping.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on active requirements.
• Measure advertising performance and improve our website and services.
• Protect the website and prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page visits, WhatsApp clicks, inquiries and qualified business leads. Browser and server events may include campaign identifiers, fbclid, fbc/fbp identifiers, event time, Lead ID and hashed contact information. Deterministic event IDs are used to avoid counting the same event more than once.

Forms, WhatsApp and service providers

Website inquiries may be processed through n8n and stored in Feishu CRM. WhatsApp communication may be processed through YCloud and WhatsApp Business services. Relevant information may also be shared with suppliers, inspectors, warehouses, freight forwarders and other providers when reasonably necessary to respond to your request.

These providers may process data in other countries. We limit information to what is reasonably required for the service and advertising measurement.

Cookies and retention

We may use cookies and session storage to retain campaign parameters, Meta identifiers and a temporary Lead ID. We retain inquiry and business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage an ongoing relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, or object to certain uses. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis for processing.
